CEO Mr. Ashis Roy and COO Mr. Sumit Chanda very friendly and easy to reachable, all employees are very friendly, no politics

IT head is very friendly but he didn't take any strong action if anyone doing wrong some of people from IT team they are use it and not working properly. They not doing there duty properly that whay full team suffering

I like the office at first. We need to work very hard but it was okay to me. Supervisors were nice. I was learning. I miss those good days

Dislikes

At first it was okay. But then No work life balance. I remember we worked upto 12 hours regularly. We can't ask wen we will get our salary. Then they started to half us half salary. I have so many penfing salaries till the date.
