Nothing good now.. it was one of the best company to work before mid 2024. After blacksty it is worst. Looks like they will shut down india operation soon

Work from home is great permanent option, flexible work hours, proper workload and deadline are set. Good laptop is provided to work from home, internal training help alot to grow skills

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
