Nothing Please do not join this company to spoil your career, degrade your knowledge. Its only good for local folks. No IT company environment and setup.

Entire Middle and Top Management includes recruiters and POD HR team is unprofessional. They all makes false promise and then start doing politics. Not at all IT company. Old technology, No work process and outdated tools are being used by them. There IT infrastructure team works in Service Desk department (company structure). It islike proprietorship. Management is only supporting to their favorites and can terminate anyone without giving any notice without any reason without thinking. There is no parental health insurance, less health insurance for family only upto 3 Lacs. No sitting capacity available for all the employees. No food and snack canteen available in office and in nearby areas. No proper training, No process documents and No knowledge transfer for your work. Posting job roles and job roles allocated after joining is completely different and hence you feel cheated. There is no job security and they have terminated many employees within one or two months after joining the company after clearing four to five months of backlog work by pressurizing them. I was cheated with wrong promises by the Head of HR. He never had enough experience and believed in Divide and rule strategy while he was working and also after he was asked to leave

The ex Head of HR is still getting all information from so called his lunch companions and his favourites regarding our redundancies, role changes and keeps on gossiping like females and he is still playing his bad politics and because we never partied with him and rest of people team we were in bad books. The company work culture was good before December 2023. Since Blackstone acquired Civica they have screwed up everything. Today you have job and doing good in the project, but suddenly tomorrow you may be asked to leave. Management has no vision for the company or the products they have.

Not much since top management has changed. I will recommend everyone to avoid working here for at least couple of years until things settle down

Good work life balance. They indirectly tell you where to draw the line. Flexible and majority still works from home. Good place for freshers who want to self explore and involve more in coding, peer code review and even deployment.

Dislikes

Promotion is contact driven. Delivery Manager and above positions in country are just dummy . 4% variable is taken away the day you resign. Notice period is garden leave if you are not wanted here. Passing the bug is a normal practice from HR operations.
