I mean initially there were no projects. So perfect work-life balance. As it is a start-up we didn't get any big projects so only we seniors were placed working in small projects. Most of my team was in bench which was not due to lack of skill but due to company's inability to attract clients. Good start up environment with terrible understanding of the Salesforce technology. Need to hire efficient staff who has past working experience in Salesforce rather than investing in individuals and teaching them about the technology.

Dislikes

Management, setting someone from Family as project manager and setting another one as a team lead is a big let down, this spoils the work environment and mood…Need a experienced workforce to guide the team in the right direction. Focus on few cloud setup environments rather than asking individuals to learn new things within a limited timeframe. Management need experience in bringing projects to the employees which is lacking....Read More
