Likes

The team is co operative but management had made many changes in working hour and also policies. Initially HR have mentioned different policies but later everything got changed.

Dislikes

Did not like appraisal as the guy on bench and the billable guy both gets the same hike. Good to be on bench. No work life balance. WFH depends on your project.
