Dislikes

While working at Chhaya IT Services Pvt. Ltd. for the client KR Pulp and Paper Ltd., there isn’t much to dislike. However, occasional tight deadlines can be challenging, but they also push me to enhance my time management and problem-solving skills.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
