Likes

The work ethics are good, I didn't feel any pressure as I was very good at my work and always 2 steps ahead.

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

The leaves are very few, The working hours are not comfortable as I am trying to mold myself into the same as the company is US based, the timings are fixed i.e. evening shift.

Job security - Poor

Work Details

It's pretty good if we are talking about me specifically. I have a very clear mind and lots of free time here to brush up my skills more and more.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
