No Hikes- hike is just 3-5 % with low package, No promotions, Only Politics.. If they want us they will give lot of work to us. Mainly they will focus on the outside employees and there is no encouragemebt for the person who started the journy in the same organization I hate you Wipro and I will not come again

Since I was a fresher, remuneration was very low compare to other organisations. This could have been better, rest it is a good organization. Salary and benefits could have been better.

The only thing good about WIPRO is you can get promoted to the L2 roles quickly

Dislikes

The pay structure of WIPRO is very very poor for non tech bg. With the salary it is important to survive in tier 1 city. You cant expect more than 12k as a fresher and for the same/similar roles companies like Accenture, Cognizant, Virtusa, Consentrix pay you far more better then Wipro and that is the major reason for the attrite rate
