Nothing guys trust me don't go there, Me and my friends are facing salary issues . And also after training they just kick u out without even salary. It's india number 1 worst and unhappy company iv ever seen.

Only senior Citizens and bootlicker have benefits in this company

1.Cast Based Promotions increments and Bonus 2.senior employees politics 3.Diversion of fund to personal use 4.no proper employee benefits of MD benefits 5. Employment bond of 2,50,000 they will collect from employee by threatening. 6. Useless MD SFC.

I love this company life changing company if you get the the proper tricks to get boom. 90 % support staff 10 % worst staff, deal with both of them, follow seniors and you gonna rock.

No Parking is alloted to the candidates who come for interviews. It is so disgusting to know that they send us to use Watchman's washroom

Very worst Culture. No proper HR. Miss Madhuri's has none of her Business on our personal life. She literally scolds and speaks very rash. She do false Promises like work from home and joining bonus. She is very unprofessional towards her job, she is not at all professional. This is wha t we see as a HR who represents the company? She tells ask this to HR and that to HR but HR manager is so cunning and worst that he bargains the salary like in vegetable market. We are very professional, and they are making fun of us. Especially Madhuri learns to respect people, She thinks she speaks very good English. Its none of your business how we are handling our home and personal things. For her Benefits she is mixing all the mixture and to get her points she is doing all false promises. Folks please don't join this company. What ever field you are into there will be more work and less pay.There is a lot of politics .The notice period is 60 working days and if you are serving the notice period and taking leave you will have to extend days.In any company OT means you will be paid double but in here it will be same as a working day

Dictatorship in QA. Supressing performers. Managers do not care if the resource dies working, if opposed, humiliation continues. Bleak Compensation.
