I would like to say the work environment is extremely good at CGM aria. No one will pressurise you for anything, in-fact you will learn many things about the work. Training sessions are conducted on timely basis.

Learning part is very good here.

Only thing i do not like is for eg if we have to go to out of office we have to raise ticket and all .. in many offices it is not required.
