They have a very lengthy hiring process. They will hire you and run behind you for onboarding but after that you will not be assigned any work. There is no job security. At any time like in one month's time, they can terminate you with all lame excuses.

Major dislikes like no change of designation since joining, work life balance will be purely based on project and will be pathetic when you work on some client side projects. No hikes from few years the reason they're saying that only reason due to recession which is not acceptable, why because before recession also there are no hikes. No transport facility.
