Good pay, job security is there. Wfh in covid. Learning opportunities in next gen technologies like AR/VR, Blockchain, metaverse as well.

Dislikes

- No work life balance. Expect you to work 24*7. - If you take leaves and once you are back you will have to do extra work. - No career growth and salary is delayed mostly monthly - Leaves are very less. - Unrealistic timelines and everything is urgent. Once you submit the respective managers will sleep over it. - - You would be ex pected to work different technologies but there will be no one to support and you are expected to learn yourself and start working from day 1. - I was asked to join client calls after midnight as well - Most of the employees are demotivated and are frustrated...Read More

Pre-sales working on effort and pricing estimates. Had to work with sales team, CXO of the organization and delivery manager.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
