They have a solid product. It's very robust and certainly best in class.. The people are friendly and very approachable. I've worked with them for almost 5 years and could have easily worked for 5 more years!

Politics, colleague doesn't want you to stay in the company and tries to put in bad light infront of Management. People can get fired for any random reason. There is sense of fear in working there.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
