I loved fun activities organised frequently.

(1) There is too much workload in night shift. Employees should be given some relaxation In night shift. (2) We requested to hire more resources in our team, but management didn’t listen to us. At the end, some of my teammates and I left the company. (3) There is too much micromanagement. Leaders are watching over employees every moment and interfering in their daily activities. They have made a timesheet to monitor employees breaks very strictly. (4) Roles and responsibilities are not clearly defined. For example, cash application team has to chase clients for unapplied cash which is clearly the responsibility of collection and resolution teams....Read More

In recent months there have been several incidents involving political and managerial misconduct in the workplace that there’s been no good reason to believe that this is a good place to work.

Dislikes

Higher Management is biased and they don’t care about the people who work rather they are more concerned with what they want to do and achieve. Too much of politics and unfair measures when it comes to appraisals and promotions. Managers are mostly in their egoistic attitude and they want people who please them and work like robots.
