Initially it was a good company with employee centric policies. But since start of 2022, and acropolis (title changes accross org) coming, things were worst and job security was almost alarming.

If you want to grow ,buttering is the key skill which is desired in this org (especially in support domain). Managers and leads are really very irritating and unfriendly, no work life culture Dominated by managers and project leads who don't know IT support and skill sets at all. There won't be any thing to learn and grow for yourself if you join support and operations but Only Regrets. Stick to your current organization or join any other company but not CDK Global. R&D business units are far better and value employees....Read More

Monotonous, pathetic and shameful because there is nothing for improving personal skill set. Its a web if you get stuck here, lucky and admiring are those guys who left CDK (personally know a few who have reached beautiful milestones in their career)

It used to be a part of ADP, therefore it used to have the quality of being an employee centric organization, however currently it appears that the company is trying to let go the culture in a faster pace.

Dislikes

The current culture of the company. Being competitive is good, but burning your employees continuously is not a good approach. You will ask for learning opportunity, but could not get it because of the overwhelming workload. It's the same pressure throughout the year.

Too much politics, your ideas would be presented by managers. Company policy says 5days working, however you will be asked to come on every weekend. Unrealistic expectations and targets and no proper communication within the team and with onshore counterp
