Mid management is like a Hitler. Company rules not followed by manager Saturday and Sunday are fixed off but you are forced to work on holidays n Saturdays and Sundays Managers are biased and support only the person who are the reference of managers Nobody is in company to listen to your problems. Your RO is the behave with you likeyou are the slave of him and if you say something they simply ask you to leave. I will not recommend any one to work over there...Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
