There is unity when company faces any challenge

Dislikes

No one fights for what is right. Totally traditional company and no professionalism when it comes to business. No proper planning and the company only believes in getting service from business associates and when it comes to paying they don't turn back unless the process owner follows up. There is no definite answers. Also if a hardworking person has put his time there benefitting the company, no recognition. Also when situation comes where ur hardwork or opinion of latest boss counts, there is always importance given to what he speaks and not management. Ur effort put in is a total waste. No KRA given, Non goal oriented company. Worked for 2 yrs. Did not get my KRA inspite of repeated followups for 2 yrs. Not seen an unprofessionalism company in my entire tenure of 25 yrs worked...Read More

Work Details

Latest Change in this company had issues. Had come to attend an urgent funeral of my father of close friend. Did not get excuse and was removed from job without considering my hard work put though the attended day was a weekly off
