Good work life balance, nothing else

Dislikes

Does not care about employees, for medical and emergency leave during pandemic, fired employees with no cause. One of the partners does not have a degree and claims to be a lawyer or CA from people to people.

Likes

Worst company for any professional. Poor support given to the employee at the time of the pandemic. Not even given settled the remaining salary.

Dislikes

Worst company management. No systems at all. No joining letter given while joining and no experience letter given while quitting... Worst company for anyone regardless the experience of the candidate.

It is a great pleasure to work at Carion Bilta, here you get friendly teammates, fully friendly culture, the short training was given to me (such has how to work, on which topics and more), they dont have job security but the CEO of the company is very nice never talks rudely, has a friendly nature, one should not think about he job security if he want to be in this company because these people give other benefits such has lives, incentives and many value added things. As i was a fresher when i joined this company, but based on my skills they payed more then a digital marketer fresher, so i give 5 stars for salary. We get 2 lives/month. If there is a function or have some work, if one have proper reason then they will give long lives too. Carion Bilta don't have any politics in the office. All are on here. We get lot of things to learn here such as renders, sketchs, photoshop cc tools and many more. Work environment is awesome, the office is so spacious which has all the amenities in it. So we have mon - fri full day from 10am - 6pm and on saturday its an half day from 10am - 2pm and on sunday its full day holiday and on festivals too we have holidays....Read More

We dont have job security, if you want to settle down for long term suchhas 4 to 6 years then you have to stick to the projects which are given. so that the job will be permanent

I work as an Digital Marketing Analyst/Executive, where I do SEO, SEM, SMM, Web designing, Email Mrketing, PPC and running ads on all the social media channels and generating the leads and giving it to the marketing team, so they continue the follow ups.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
