They lack understanding of a business requirement and are in-accountable to a live product, yet forces analysis from a closed observability tool. Efforts made and technicaldiscussions are deterred by demeaning views that 'Anthem is not Google' and product is compared to Animal / Monster. Inept management while playing office politics in much arrogance. Ignorance of issues in vacations, parties, promoting alcoholism / narcotism, using swear words and prioritizing gender bias. In such poor untrustworthy conditions, self-reliance is returned with blackmail and ridiculing as 'Don't try to show you're some kind of Techie'. Using personal relations, to misuse staff's PII for secretly watching & controlling their entire life by police surveillance, location tracking, spy monitoring, making it unbearable. In spite of serving well, these ordeals lead to forcibly quit in depression, hospitalization, disturbance of psyche, nullifying project and loss in self-respect. Denied onboarding freshers from 2024 batch recently and played with their mental health. The irony is this is a so called health care company. They hired a third party to manage the onboarding and no real contact was established with the real HR and management at this company. Clearly, very poor and unethical hiring practices.
