All Old Tech leadership is being asked to leave the company - I feel these people had very low tech skills. This has opened up opportunity for developers like us to grow and build new products. Management is strong and taking courageous decisions. Good or Bad only time will tell.

Dislikes

There some oldies still around. These people don't impart knowledge and also don't deliver projects. I don't know why they are still around.

Pathetic, In one word Pathetic, management make it worse, there are people sitting on chairs which don't deserve it, and so called HR are just for name, they don't know how to work or they are sitting there jut to warm the seats .
