Capita does have a good work culture and you can easily adopt it if you are placed in a good team.

Dislikes

Capita does have very poor policy of promotion, to get promoted one should employee needs to compulsory get Six Sigma quality certification. Secondly, even though employee worked for last whole year, he will not get performance bonus, if he resign even a day before payment of bonus.

I worked in Management Accounting team, and my primary responsibility is to analyze cost variances, budgeting, reforecasting and analyzing process/ product performance.
