Job security is there, even a non performer is given a chance or transferred in other process.Management is good, approachable, with regard to team mates most of them are friendly and wants to enjoy. Company also conducts activities where employees could take part. Overall it is nice working at Capita.

Dislikes

Growth opportunities are slow as the movement up the ladder is less.Salary wise not very great need to improve and does not try to retain good performers.

Work Details

It all depends how an individual considers his/her work to be. It was hectic but I enjoyed working at Capita,Team mates were good and cooperative. Compared to private firms working at BPO is all fun.
