Appraisal is very average. WFO compulsion.

You can grow here. Professionally and personally as well. Trainings are ample and opportunities are plenty.

Dislikes

Appraisals and promotions are very poor here. Just the client appreciation is not enough, employees have to take minimum hours worth of trainings, take up interviews with a minimum limit per year. These things become difficult when employees are working on client network.

RMG the worst team ,actually responsible for assigning an employee to a project, but will try to assign a java developer to a salesforce even though you have cleared java project interview.

Working at client location, manager are useless and don’t care about us. They just want account and money and for that they are ready to even get u prosecuted. No support at all, because of other managers escalation we are made to go 5 days sometime. Don’t join capgemini

Work culture is good in my project but getting internal hike like 3-4 yearly is not good. It has worst than TCS atleast TCS having job security but here people getting termination during bench period.

Lot of corporate politics, one side decision without discussion with employee. Best company required little bit changes with RM, HR, b u h r, and manager. Some HR people will speak like hell. They cannot share if information if it is not relevant to there at least they have to guide to whom to contact. Learning opportunities are great. We can get multiple resources to learn free of cost. Even training conducted are decently good.

Dislikes

Senior management is pathetic. You can see demanding and unprofessional communication from most of senior management. Forget about hikes and appraisals. Overall atmosphere is biased and not very comfortable. Can work upto 2 years max. There are multiple accounts where management is not proper and biased.
