It's completely a disastrous condition to join this company. It has no values, no policies for women employees , you don't get good long term projects here .

If you don't find any project in 3 months you will be asked to resign by the HR themselves.

Personal and work life balance. Good and supportive management. Medical health insurance for employees and their spouse and children is good.

Dislikes

Annual increment percentage is very low. Although they do have quarterly promotions but again promotion hike is also less. Medical insurance for parents and inlaws is expensive.

Great team managers and leaders. Decent perks and annual hikes for performers. Fantastic office campus with great facilities. Moderately good flexibility in office hours and remote work.

Dislikes

Annual Leave policy is lower than industry standard. Mandatory back to office without considering project requirements is bit illogical. Work arrangements need to be more logical and in sync with individuals instead of a one size fits all approach.
