The project i was part of, follows a good practice. Fully agile practice which is very good in todays fast paced requirement. Inspite of high pressure of timely delivery, there is no compromise on the quality and security of code.

Dislikes

Compensation is not as par to the standards. Sometimes work pressure is high. During appraisals the same repeated things managers will tell you that we are also bound to this if you are not satisfied with the ratings

The best part of working in Altran was the profile as I loved my work. The leadership team was quite approachable. The job security is the bestest part in Altran as they do not chuck people just like that. Dislikes

the one thing I disliked about this company is the Learning & Development part. They do conduct multiple training but only in the morning. The people in night shifts do get invites but they cannot join due to time difference. There are no training conducted for the night shift folks. Moreover, they have very few options in non-technical or semi technical profiles.

1. Less team building activities. 2. Pay grade is average. 3. Health insurance/transport/food/gymnasium and other facilities are chargeable

Sharing exp on Client location role. Management does not care about employee putting at client location.No communication apart to fill your timesheet. Worst Project Manager in Aricent.They dont care about employees.Your HR BP only sent monthly meeting mail , they dont want to know you,either you in Aricent office or client side.
