Its a good company, You can stay long if you are satisfied with your compensation. Its hard to balance your work like and personal life. Based on your project you get facilities and services. Appraisal is not good.

Appraisal is not as per industry. Leave policies should be improved. Other employees benifit should be improved. Employee should get promoted if they deserve. Employee should be appreciated

...ave relevant skills. I had reported to 4 managers luckily i found 2 very good. If you are not threatening/changing job there will not be a proper salary hike. Rating system is also horrible, if you are getting promoted or changing internal project, you will get the lowest rating in next cycle[A unset protocol]

It really depends on the team you are in and the manager. If you have a great team and manager, your life will be awesome with WFH and flexible timing benefits. But on the contrary, if you stuck with bad team or management, everything can go south. Do not expect weekend off. Being worked on both types of team, i have faced both phase. On average, the work burden is a bit more. People are great there, helpful and friendly. Appraisal is very average, first three years increment will be good but after that its poor.

Dislikes

...bout the job. Finding new team is a bad experience( if you don't have contacts). Due to flexible timings, there is no extra bonus for extra working hour and weekends work.
