Swapna Venkatachaliah - the finance manager for APAC finance team is the most toxic person and oozes negativity. The worst part is both HR and management has not taken action to remove her from the company even after multiple complaints.

No reimbursement of external learning cost, no career development, no promotion, no additional support on career uplift learning etc. All the time went into client calls and hardly anytime left for self development and moreover they want to contribute towards capco as well. Power or decision making rests at central only.

Post Wipro take over the company yearly hike is below 7 percent, you will be assigned to a project of duration of 3 to 6 months which make learning path difficult. When your client is happy Capco Management will say you do not have viability in day to day Capco work.
