Very poor senior management and HR team are there only to blackmail the employees. There is no stable policy, in capco if you leave the company then u will have to return the bonus which has been given. The company keeps on hiring people but there are no projects there are employees sitting on bench for close to 10 months without having any project.

What I liked the most is senior management, you can directly reach out to partners for your concerns (I have done that on multiple occasions).
