No reimbursement of external learning cost, no career development, no promotion, no additional support on career uplift learning etc. All the time went into client calls and hardly anytime left for self development and moreover they want to contribute towards capco as well. Power or decision making rests at central only.

Being a consultancy firm, Capco gives freedom to its employees to work independently. Employees interact directly with client giving them best possible solutions.

Dislikes

Capco follows client holiday calendar and employees are forced to take earned leaves on client holidays.
