There is nothing to like about working in Capco Industries. Worst company I have ever worked for, wrong decision of my life.

Capco Industries is the worst company in Indore. There is no job security. The salary is significantly less. They don't even provide an Offer letter to the new employee. Senior employees always disrespect the newly joined and junior employees. Overall management of the company is horrib le. Also, they are not using any technologies. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
