Work culture is too bad. Looks good ONLY from outside. Those who don't care of their ego , self esteem , family life, health can still enjoy working here by listening anything from their Management.

Too much politics ..caste based ....region based and opaque transfer policy ...HRs are more interested in rolling up there sleeve and favoritism is at its peak....Alot of unprofessinal employee holding key position...Zero work life balance means they can call you from home even at 08pm to fulfill there ego

The work environment is actually very good and positive for every employee working out here. Though Iam not an official employee of the Canara Bank, as I have been hired by an consulting company, but Iam satisfied and happy with the behaviour of the staff towards me and there is an extremely bollant relationship between us and with our work.

Timing Management approch towards specialist officer Structural changes Poor profile charges Unofficial calls for working on weekends without any comoff Late sitting culture. Poor HR. Handing over work which is not related to profile. Unnecessary calls from higher office and putting pressure to do things which are not correct as per policy. Urealestic targets. No fixed office time.

The worst bank for any employee. No proper infrastructure but wants 100 percent output.Accute staff shortage leading to higher customer dissatisfaction. No work life balance. Not good for Hindi speaking people.

1. No job satisfaction 2. No work life balance 3. Always VC. There is no specific time for job. 4. Humiliation by higher authorities 5. High ROI in various loan products. We r competing with lesser rate providing banks 6. There ia no proper training 7.No support from Circle office and HO. Only firing. No hand holding. 8. .No humanitarian consideration .regarding transfers. Everybody was disturbed. No consideration wrt health, small children, aged parents, Autism children, kidney patients etc 9.
