If someone is doing work, he will do everything. No preference in transfers infact you are transferred in opposite direction. Being performer means nothing.

It's a PSU, so that fact that nobody can fire you, might just be the only good thing here.

Dislikes

1. A single person is handling atleast 4-5 department. 2. There is always lack of staff, which leads to extreme pressure on individuals who work. 3. Transfer policy is really bad. 4. Small issues can also lead to staff accountability. 5. Pressure is high and targets are unachievable
