The work environment is actually very good and positive for every employee working out here. Though Iam not an official employee of the Canara Bank, as I have been hired by an consulting company, but Iam satisfied and happy with the behaviour of the staff towards me and there is an extremely bollant relationship between us and with our work.

Timing Management approch towards specialist officer Structural changes Poor profile charges Unofficial calls for working on weekends without any comoff Late sitting culture. Poor HR. Handing over work which is not related to profile. Unnecessary calls from higher office and putting pressure to do things which are not correct as per policy. Urealestic targets. No fixed office time.

We r competing with lesser rate providing banks 6. There ia no proper training 7.No support from Circle office and HO. Only firing. No hand holding. 8. .No humanitarian consideration .regarding transfers. Everybody was disturbed. No consideration wrt health, small children, aged parents, Autism children, kidney patients etc 9.
