Dislikes

Being a family run small company, people have to don many hats often and at varying pace. The work culture is not as good as it could have been, in view of the lean workforce. Freshers do not get to see the transition phases. Six days a week working as it is a manufacturing unit.

Work Details

Liaison with Defence Departments, preparation of pre production documents. Documentation of various inspections and tests. Preparation of documents for use by customer post production and delivery of items.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
