I have worked on the payroll of this company for than 4 years ..... initially my manager was nupur gautam....at that time there was a good work culture.....and also she motivates all employees....and most important she valued her all employees...but after she resigned all things changed

I have worked on the payroll of this company for more than 4 years.....I was in the process of sbi card sales....the work culture of this company was very poor ..there are no new things to learn...main think is ..if you have worked for a long time...there should be some appraisal or promotion but they always promoted those employeeswho do buttering of seniors....even they don't value of their vintage employees...I have worked under Chinmay Srivastava....he even don't listen our views.....in my tenure...he never motivated his team...he always shouted ...he never listened to our challenges which we faced ....he never listened the views on agent level...he always hears team leaders.....he doesn't have leadership qualities....he always used to shout on his agents....if you are working in sales ..you always need motivation but under this manager(Chinmay Srivastava) there is no motivation...there was. always a negativity ...also he did partiality with employees....there are some employees who quit their jobs without even nforming him but he did proper full n final settlement from his behalf....but when I gave proper resignation...he imposed recovery against me.....so this is what he did......There are no growing opportunities in this process.... nothing to learn ....under this management .....there were no employee rights....they have their own rules....they treated us like a labour in a factory...there is no work culture.....they asked to come 7 days in a week ...on Sundays and if anybody not comes on Sunday they cut the salary of Sunday.......so...this was so frustrating..... specially under this manager...Read More
