There concept of cardio circuit and crossfit

Dislikes

Salary was not given in time, they said if you finish the target they will give incentives. Even aft completing the Target thy dint give incentives. When an employee asks for an incentive they are terminated from the job. From centre head to the fresher this is the procedure. No one stays in the job beyond 3 months
