Likes

Learning and working in all types of projects. I love the fact that I am a part of a team.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. The director does not a value which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time also there is no on the job training for freshers, hence seniors have to help them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is very challenging as I have to look after the entire project work as well as manage all tasks.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
