It is a very lousy company to work with. I won't recommend this company to anyone as lots of politics and tumours are spread between the manager and employees.

Secure job and giving opportunities to others to grow. The organisation is trying to keep its employees happy.

Sometimes few policies are made bit strict like leave adherence, Return to work, etc. learning opportunities are provided but not wide. The company is employee centric but when few resources are taking advantages of relaxation, but yet those employees are being nurtured by asking the genuine resources to mentor them. This leads to additional work load among these employees and they decide to switch. In last 7years, my yearly appraisal had been 45% which is infact much better than others. It's a decent company with good opportunities to excel. Good for people who are into operations or project management atleast for the Delhi/kolkata location as most of the businesses here are under shared services

Remuneration could be better Yearly hikes could be better More functional work areas should be brought up Corporate politics is topmost when it comes to promotions which is not a good practice

Work life balance in most cases , you get leaves , generally speaking there is no micro management , good projects to work on in the Network Design and Implementation space , Holiday pay out amount is great.

Dislikes

Transport charges are hefty , night shift allowance is capped to 500 INR which is to less in current scenario.

1. Management direction seems lacking with too frequent changes. 2. Easy-go attitude (though could be helpful for some)

No focus on skill development in almost all domains, worst L&D team in the market, no benefits for loyal employees, biasing for female candidates and promotions are almost decided in all BT group companies. There is no fair competition.

Less scope of promotion and increament rate is less not getting the same which discussed when hiring. Discussed Bonus amount is not recieved they are providing as per internal declaration amounts.
