Talking only about consumer. The targets suck. Constant emails when we fail to achieve any one of the targets. And trust me there are many. Threats that we will loose our job. Constant mental pressure and no real appreciation towards the us. Also it's if our targets are not achieved even if it's beyond our control we are still blamed and are responsible for it which is totally absurd
