I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Work life balance in most cases , you get leaves , generally speaking there is no micro management , good projects to work on in the Network Design and Implementation space , Holiday pay out amount is great.

Transport charges are hefty , night shift allowance is capped to 500 INR which is to less in current scenario.

No focus on skill development in almost all domains, worst L&D team in the market, no benefits for loyal employees, biasing for female candidates and promotions are almost decided in all BT group companies. There is no fair competition.
