Co-workers, although have either retrenched or are thinking about living.

Dislikes

Management is disconnected, company lacks transparency and it's at the expense of their employees. They work you to death, suck your soul dry and then pay cheap for all you have to do. I wouldn't recommend my friends or family to come work here - it's just toxic galore.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
