wouldn't recommend anyone to join this company. The owner is not friendly salry is not good for even a single person. You have to pay fule from your side. Is anyone customer find in your known circle, you won't get any kind of commissione. All over thing is just dont.

We have good projects in Briadridge and recently almost all projects are introducing AI into the system. You will have internal opportunities if you want to move out of the project. Broadridge conducts CSR events every year which basically to provide education, food, and other events to help the backward school children. You will get opportunities to learn. Pay structure has changed 2 years consecutively which I didn't like. Vehicle parking is insufficient. Gym equipment are just okay, could be more machines

Mid Management is worst , No Growth, Even client appreciate the work mid Management surpasses the feedback and take care of those who do chamachagiri, and No Job Security. I recommend not to join the organization.

The culture has improved with new management and offices are very beautiful. You get learning opportunities but its a slow paced company. You have ownership of your work and your visibility is to the top.

Salaries are average even if you do great work, its not as high like product based but its not as low like service based right in the middle.

Broadridge is a place which is safe for women and work life balance is good. Higher management are always open to listen to any new ideas or if you have any issues entire team co-operates

I would say hardly anything for the amount of work i do.

Me**eads being the managers who are in the system since a decade and act like they know everything but when the actual time comes they use "not sure" to everything which i assume they learnt in a decade's experience ....lol Secondly, favouritism, which is holding this org to excel or this how this org works. Polictics is not the concern unless their brain works. But underskilled decaders are more challenging and a single person ending up with taking teams pressure.
