GTO - Global Technology and Operations

Global Technology and Operations (GTO) is a leading provider of trade processing technology and managed services for financial services firms. GTO is comprised of a portfolio of solutions serving the Capital Markets, Asset Management and Wealth segments that automate the securities transaction lifecycle of equity, mutual fund, fixed income, foreign exchange and exchange traded derivatives. Our solutions provide automated straight-through-processing operations and enable buy- and sell-side financial institutions to efficiently and cost-effectively consolidate their books and records, gather and service assets under management, focus on their core businesses, and manage risk. We offer advanced solutions to meet our clients needs for Front-, Middle-, and Back-Office capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provides post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance. Responds to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions. Advises customers on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Performs technical work, often in support of professional roles
• Requires vocational training or the equivalent experience
• Performs duties according to established procedures
• Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within our area of expertise
• Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established operating procedures and/or scientific methods
  

Requirements / Qualifications

• Good knowledge of any one Programming languages (C, C++, Java) and Databases
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts including late night hours
• Willing to work in support organization
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and zeal to learn and grow

Nice to have:

• Knowledge on AWS (Amazon Web Services)
