Job Description
What you will Do
Handling of PMS and AIF Applications Having in-depth knowledge
Ensure regulatory changes are implemented seamlessly, by collecting fitting KYC documents, complying with third party validations, meeting various regulatory parameters as present in practice from time to time.
Ensure regulatory communication is disseminated to relevant stakeholders within due timelines and arrange documentation, if necessary.
Respond to Queries coming for all sorts of customers (AMC Sales / Distributors/ Investor)
Conceptualize and implement new ideas to deliver customer expectation.
Manage Investor Services Initiatives & process, trainings with Team Members.
Create awareness and understanding on the Statements / Reports / Regulatory /Operational Changes by conducting periodical communication and Updates to Sales and Service team.
Ensure to contribute to branch productivity by participating in branch activities as required by the branch team.
Ensure to establish, implement, and continue strong control over the entire operations of PMS and AIF activities to meet high standard of service and create dependable records for various MIS purpose.
What makes you a Great Fit
MBA or graduate with work experience of 3 to 4 Years in Financial Services.
NISM Certification (VA required at present)
In Depth knowledge of PMS and AIF Application Handling, KYC, PMLA related to the extent of such transaction management.
Sense of urgency and prompt actioning for catering to the expectation of HNI segment.
Proactiveness in stakeholder management by being in regular touch with the Sales Team, Distributors, Relationship Managers, AMC Central Teams, Local and Central Offices of RTA, Bank, and others to ensure seamless handling of applications, flow of information, effectiveness of operational processes.
Service Orientation
Good understanding and interpretation of financial market data
Proficiency in MS office
Strong understanding of changing dynamics of Alternate Products Industry
Have organized approach towards individual & team goals.
