Managing Team of 20 Virtual Relationship Managers - Outsourced to Service Provider
Driving Business Nos. through the team
Handling 1 st level queries & Escalations
Interacting with top distributors
Driving SLA parameters with the service provider
Ensuring team is updated on products by taking/arranging trainings & refreshers
Enabling team with scripts & USPs
