Not any dislikes but a quite genuine one of choosing the work type - hybrid / remote. But this is the same case in any of the other companies

Company location is at a good place in bangalore and office is well designed

Job at brillio is completely insecure and they are not even able to create proper resource planning . visibility from leadership is dull and company vision is very narrow. Extreme firing policy primarily due to client demand rather than performance. It is always worth considering other companies if we have multiple offers in hand rather than joining Brillio.

No job security. Client can remove you without any information. After that may be brillio also force you to put paper.

Great environment atleast in my team and department. No problem in taking leaves. Friendly and helpful colleagues. Office environment feels lively.

There are lot of things which I dislike: 1. Appraisals will be delayed whenever management wants. 2. No additional benifits like cab or food. 3. Offices will be crowded and no place to sit except on Mondays and Fridays 4. Your hike depends only on manager and a lot of politics is involved. 5. Canteen is also worst. Work life balance is good in my account.

Dislikes

No hike, no help from team, not much to learn. You will be in the same account but the client keeps on changing every 3-4 months, no stable projects. No team interaction, you will be interacting only with client side employees. You have to go to office 2 days in a week but there wont be any team. And 8 hour is mandatory.

1) Appraisal not guaranteed each year. 2) Brillio works as staffing firm and you will be hired to working for other organisation as their contract employee. 3) Brillio Offices are in only 4 locations in India. Need to work in Distributed team. 4) Job security might be a concern if you are not getting billing on customer project for a long time.

Brillio management suddenly changes their policy as per their convenience. And in their decisions, they also cancel previous quarter

Dislikes

Brillio Management suddenly changes employee benefit policies. They postponed yearly appraisals from March to July & August. Firstly employee have to wait 1 year for appraisal, and then suddenly an email comes saying it has been postponed.
