So far, there has been ample work-life balance. That's something I like.

The work has been rather un-inspiring. But that has more to do with me as a person who dislikes such work. Honestly, haven't really explored much till now to be able to pass a verdict.

There is no appreciation if we do more work and there is no gymnasium and there are no fun Fridays and team outings.
