Before my interviews began, I clearly communicated my compensation expectations about 30% both than my current package at the time. The HR representative. Sujata assured me that they were fine with it. However, after my selection, I was offered a package that did not align with what was initially discussed with an increase of hardly10% following multiple conversations, I was promised that my compensation would be revised closer to my joining date, so I planned my transition accordingly. While I was trying to secure an early release from my previous employer, Sujata told me that if I failed to do so, Brillio might decide to revoke my offer. This added immense pressure, pushing me to expedite my exit, despite the challenges involved. I successfully manage to secure an early release, only to find myself caught in another audit due to the company's mismanagement. Despite confirming my early availability and securing an early release, I face constant delays, HR representative Sujata and HR head. Shantanu repeatedly assured me that the updated offer letter was just pending final approval. Dragging the process for 12 days with Daily reassurances that it would be finalised today. Eventually, Sujata stop taking my calls and another HR Monika admitted that she was avoiding me because she had no good news for me. Add to the stress, Sujata had earlier warn me that Brillio might revoke my offer if I couldn't secure an early lease from my previous employer. Despite successfully doing so failed to honour the commitment, leaving me in limbo with no updates. after 10 days of constant follow-ups. This experience made me question whether being ethical and not engaging in offer letter shopping was the right decision. No work life balance, no good projects in hand. Increments not good. Low job satisfaction. Higher management squeeze people like anything, HR just play the role of formality, don't expect anything from them.

- Hybrid work culture. You have to visit office twice a week. - Good office space in both the locations of Bengaluru although cafeteria can improve with more food options

Dislikes

- Lack of processes. It doesn't have a system in place like other big service based organizations. Lot of uncertainties on the next steps - Bench policy i.e. no job security. You will be asked to resign after certain number of months on bench. It varies according to your skills, experience and how niche it is. _ Appraisals/Promotion get delayed.

Dislikes

Your reporting manager is different and your project manager is different. Hence it’s difficult to get your RM (reporting manager)know what we are up to on every day basis. RM too is responsible for our appraisal and promotion who has no idea about how good we are at work.

Long term projects have a good work life balance. You can take leaves when needed or even plan vacations.

Dislikes

Short term projects are the worst. The marketing team sets unrealistic expectations with the client and in turn developers and team has to suffer. Some managers are really unprofessional and rude. You are not supposed to fall ill if you are on a short term project. Managers ask team leads to shout on developers to make them when beyond work hours.

It's great workplace. Very transparent. The leadership team is very approachable. Plenty of opportunitie for learning.
