I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I like the supportive behaviour of the management they stand with me in this pandemic situation. I totally appreciate the way they treat the staff members and they totally stick to their word in providing help to the staff. Good work environment and the whole school work as a team all the team members are given their particular responsibilities with clear instructions.

Every company will have loop hole nothing is perfect in this world the only thing is not like about this school is everything done in the school is always in hurry- bury.
