1. Dirty politics by one lady who hates the entire employees other than her one pet. 2. This lady who is VP will create uncalled events for every employee. She acts as if she runs the place. She wants to take credit of the work of the office boy, admin guy, creative team, client service team and of the CEO as well. 3. She will engage the CEO always in gossips rather than work. 4. Every client was unhappy with them. 5. Brandcare hires saying and writing in your appointment letter that your a permanent employee and treats you worse than in probation period. 6. Brandcare gives no benefits instead they do not let you go to markets for business development or clenet servicing. They will ask to to call customers in office so that Brandcare do not have to give any travel fare to employee and in case you have business meeting, you will never get that money. They hire you to use all your connnects in the market for which max time is four months and beyond 6 months they never retain any employees.
